Some Changes

Just a quick Update,

I changed the look a little bit to accommodate the winter/holiday season. I've also added a links section on the right column. Those are links to websites I've come across relating to anxiety and panic that offer some great advice. I will post new sites whenever I come across some that I like.

Oh And I'm now on twitter, I've added a feed to the right.

PS. If you look above I've also added some animated fish just for fun!

    I dig the fish. Also, I'm really impressed you went out for holiday shopping in the middle of the madness. Walmart is always a zoo around here. We are planning to hit Best Buy this weekend, hope it isn't too crazy since I'm counting on spouse getting Skyrim for my Xbox for my big present this year. Oh yeah. Hope you have a great holiday season, and good luck with dealing with both working and buying from retail. Always fun. Keep on blogging.

    I've actually been hearing a lot about that Skyrim game. Quite a few of my co-workers have been talking about it, let me know how it is.

Thursday Morning Blues

Woke up this morning feeling a little anxious for no reason. Woke up around 1AM to use the bathroom and felt this way but I quickly went back to sleep. So i got up this morning, drank some tea (Chamomile) to help me relax and started browsing the web to help take my mind off things. Work so far is pretty slow which is good but I wouldn't mind it getting a little busy, that helps me focus on work more and less anxiety. Got some light music going in the background and I'm going to start reading shortly. Figure I'd write about it, So long.

Here we go once again!

Hello all, I'm back and yes its been quite some time. I do apologize for the lack of updates! My last update I had just began a new job and came back from an amazing trip to Northern California. Since then I've been exploring the beautiful South West and having a great time doing so! My friends out here are pretty cool and we all enjoy the same sort of things. Not sure If I mentioned this but I picked up some after work activities, whether is just going for a walk/bike ride, working on my car, swimming, or simply hanging out with my friends. I find when I keep myself busy I think less about anxiety and more about living my life. I haven't had a really bad attack in quite a while (trying to stay strong), and I am glad. This morning was a little tough. I'm taking a small 4 day vacation to Southern California to enjoy the whether and attend a local car show (my car is still not fixed, more on that another time) with my friends.
