Although things have been going pretty well, there are always OFF days where you don't feel like your normal self and in turn initiate anxious/uncomfortable feelings, thoughts, worries, ect. I had an anxiety attack randomly one day out of the blue, which caught me completely off guard. My day was going ok, nothing out of the ordinary when all of a sudden I get this rush that fills my mind with thoughts and instant anxiety. I was at work at the time and I simply stepped away from my desk and went for outside for a few minutes of air. Once I got over the initial anxiety I was just left with an uncomfortable feeling all day. I lost my appetite at lunch time but still ate something so I wouldn't start feeling worse from lack of food. At lunch I was able to call my mom and speak to her to help ease my mind.
